Cabin by the Lake II: Return to the Cabin by the Lake (2003) is a made for television film that is the sequel to Cabin by the Lake: Journey to the Cabin by the Lake (1999), also a made for television film, and is the “prequel” of Cabin by the Lake III: Sold, a Cabin by the Lake (2007), a direct to DVD film. Cabin by the Lake II: Return to the Cabin by the Lake aired on the USA cable network, following the long-delayed DVD release of Cabin by the Lake: Journey to the Cabin by the Lake, made available through a deal reached by B-Roll Film Distributors, LLC and Cabin Lake productions, a privately-owned S Corporation.

Cabin by the Lake II: Return to the Cabin by the Lake [Spoilers Alert] is about a cabin by a lake which seductive serial killer, Drake Cabon, lures vulnerable women to, where, safely away from witnesses at the cabin by the lake and in the invisibility granted by the wide lake by the cabin, he strangles them, and deposits their bodies in the lake by the cabin, making use of scuba equipment which Drake Cabon keeps in the cabin by the lake. Drake Cabon successfully lures three women to the cabin by the lake, murders them, and subsequently deposits their bodies in the lake by the cabin, before a swimming enthusiast almost becomes his fourth victim and thereby discovers the mystery of the cabin by the lake: that Drake Cabon murders women in the cabin by the lake and then deposits them in the lake by the cabin. Outside the cabin by the lake she loses Drake Cabon, who brought her into the lake by the cabin, presuming she was dead. She swims across the lake and finds a phone in a nearby cabin, but when the FBI arrives at the cabin by the lake, having been notified about the women in the lake by the cabin by the lake by the potential victim who was also in the cabin by the lake and the lake by the cabin, Drake Cabon is no longer in the cabin or the lake. In the final scene, Drake Cabon is seen purchasing a different cabin by a lake and strangling the lake cabin realtor before putting her in the lake by the cabin by the lake.

Included in the DVD extras is a Making Of documentary, entitled Drake Cabon's Cabin by the Lake: Building the Cabin by the Lake.
